Kum Woo Association is the governing body of U.S. Hwa Rang Kwan. This association is composed of the senior members, but is open to all members.

Kum Woo Association is responsible for U.S. Hwa Rang Kwan's program structure, member structure, and also governs all the events, by supporting with issues such as public relations and fund raising.

This group meets once a month to discuss issues of concern and to allow for members to learn from each other through discussion and sharing of information. This support structure helps with the growth of our school, and it is this group of senior members who essentially look after the junior members.

The chair person for the Kum Woo Association is Seung Nam Kim of Rockville, and all queries regarding the association should be directed to him.
